BuildingNavi is a building knowledge platform that simplifies a building’s entire documentation process for all residents, including prospective and existing occupants, as well as first responders. Building profiles, documentations, protocols, procedures, and safety equipment information can all be found on our site. This platform was built to save time, money, and lives.

Any building anywhere that has residents and/or safety systems and equipment can be registered with BuildingNavi. This includes condo and co-op buildings, multifamily rental buildings, commercial and industrial buildings, including but not limited to hospitality and educational institutions just to name a few.

BuildingNavi is free and easy to use for any building operator who wishes to register a single building. 

Building operators who wish to register multiple buildings can can do so by requesting a custom quote based on portfolio size, to account for additional storage, dedicated support, and maintenance.

BuildingNavi is a public platform.  Anyone can access it in real time, including  building owners, coop & condo boards, property & resident managers, superintendents, prospective and existing occupants, brokers and agents, service professionals, and first responders.
